Old Synagogue in Kraków

Why visit?

The oldest preserved synagogue in Poland (15th–16th century) — a Gothic-Renaissance house of prayer in Kazimierz, now a branch of the Kraków Museum with an exhibition on the history and culture of the city’s Jews. The heart of the old Jewish quarter, next to the Remuh cemetery and Szeroka Street.
